Det är snart dags för tvåårsbesiktning av vår fastighet, våra lägenheter och radhus. Därför vill styrelsen påminna om dessa datum samt bifogad information som skickades ut i augusti. Tänk på att om ni inte kan närvara vid er besiktning, skall låset till er bostad sättas i servicesläge.

Vänligen se bifogade dokument för tidsplan, information om garantibesiktningen samt hur man sätter sitt lås i serviceläge i de fall man inte kan vara hemma och närvara vid besiktningen.

Tidsschema för besiktning:

• 26 september – trappa 69 och 63
• 3 oktober – trappa 63 och 61
• 4 oktober – radhus

It's soon time for the two-year inspection of our property, our apartments, and townhouses. Therefore, the board would like to remind you of these dates and the attached information that was sent out in August. Please remember that if you cannot be present for your inspection, the lock to your residence should be set to service mode.
